1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your purchase is placed, followed by a tracking link once dispatched.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other cities & towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping.

  • Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before final payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
You can use this link to check your shipment’s live status and estimated delivery date.

5. Packaging & Safety

All Vema Naturals products are securely packed to avoid breakage, leakage, or contamination.
Each bottle is sealed and inspected before dispatch. In case your order arrives damaged, leaked, or spoiled, please follow our Return & Refund Policy procedure within 24 hours.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, external factors like courier issues, strikes, or natural events may cause delays.
Vema Naturals will not be liable for such circumstances but will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues promptly.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.
